1. Terms of Use and Licensing
(a) Welcome to the Terms of Use for any website or app for Pfizer Australia and its associated companies (“Us/We/Our”).
(b) The Site or App is owned and operated by Us. These Terms of Use will govern your use of all versions, parts and features of the Site or App owned by Us. These Terms of Use are effective at the time of download, install, use, purchase or access.
(c) These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (either an individual or single entity) and Pfizer for the use of the Site or App. By using this Site or downloading the App you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use and Our Privacy Policy. If you breach these terms you may be subject a legal claim. Pfizer may modify or amend these Terms of Use at any time, so please regularly review them for modifications or amendments. Your continued use of the Site or App signifies that you agree to any changes.
(d) We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App. 

2. Use of site or app
(a) You may freely browse the Site or App and may download material solely for personal, non-commercial use. Do not recopy, reproduce or redistribute the material.

(d) Do not do or cause any thing or action that results in an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Our IT systems and networks.
